Recently Shanghai Dredging has signed a framework cooperation agreement with the Guangling District People's Government, Yangzhou on the project of Medical Valley and characteristic town construction in Touqiao Health Medical Industrial Park (THMP).

Located in Guangling District, Yangzhou, with an investment of some RMB 2,000 million, the project involves the construction of Science & Technology Business Park, Expo Center, Entrepreneurial Service Zone, Health Center, settlement housing, living facilities, municipal roads and ecological environment, the infrastructural construction of Medical Valley and the construction of a characteristic town. It is one of the 100 key characteristic towns built by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province during the "thirteenth five-year" period.
